Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited provides printing, branding, signage production, LED sign boards, ACP boards, fabric LED boards, vinyl printing, glass branding, promotional branding, and related digital fabrication services in India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, approving a quotation, sending artwork, or making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or written approval.

Any modification in size, material, quantity, or finishing after quotation may change the price. Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Artwork & Design Approval

• Customers must carefully review artwork before approval.
• Once approved, Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited is not responsible for:
• Spelling mistakes
• Grammar errors
• Layout issues
• Wrong sizes
• Low resolution images
• Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may delay delivery.

5. Printing & Color Variation

• Due to differences between screen display and printing machines:
• 5%–15% color variation is normal.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless Pantone printing is specifically requested in writing. • Reprint or refund will not be provided for minor color variation.

6. Production & Delivery Time

• Production starts only after payment and artwork approval.
• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by transportation issues, weather conditions, material shortages, or third-party service delays.
• Urgent orders may incur additional rush charges.

7. Payments

• Minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
• Customized orders may require 100% advance payment.
• Goods remain the property of Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited until full payment is completed.
• Delay in payment may result in delay of production or delivery.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because most products are customized:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
• No refund will be provided on customized products once production begins.
• Refund is applicable only if Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited fails to produce the agreed specification.
• Refund processing time: 7–14 working days after approval.

9. Returns & Reprints

Reprints will be accepted only if:

• Wrong item is delivered.
• Incorrect printing is done by Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited.
• There is a major manufacturing defect.

Customer must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order.

10. Customer Responsibility

The customer confirms they own the legal rights to use all logos, trademarks, images, and content provided.

Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited is not liable for copyright, trademark, or legal disputes arising from customer-provided materials.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited remain the property of the Company unless purchased separately in writing.

Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and social media display unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Business loss • Profit loss
• Indirect damages
• Delay penalties
• Third-party claims

Maximum liability is limited to the total order amount paid by the customer.

13. Product Usage & Warranty

Printed materials and signage products are affected by environmental conditions such as sunlight, heat, water exposure, dust, and electrical fluctuations.

No long-term warranty is provided unless specifically mentioned in writing in the invoice or quotation.

14. Privacy

Customer information is used only for communication, billing, and order processing purposes.

Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

Sai Balaji Digitals Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available on the website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.
